I went to Suzuki Bryanston to do my 30000KM service on the 14/01/2014.
1. When I walked in I had to ask where the service department is, walked past ladies on the way to the department, stood there waiting only to be told that those ladies need to assist you wait here.
2. Left my car at 7AM but was called at work at appr. 2pm to ask if they can go ahead with the service. I do understand the process of calling a client to confirm the fee but to be asked so late was unacceptable and to be told your car will be only ready at 5pm.
3. On arrival to fetch my car I had to ask Beaulin what was the problems with my car, I should have been told in detail, without asking, what was serviced.
4. I arrived back at the branch the following morning and saw Beaulin standing outside, I explained to him in a calm tone that I need the invoice for my service emailed to a third party urgently (Spoke of this urgency when I fetched my car the previous day) as I require the funds refunded as I paid cash. The response was in a nasty tone as "Do you know what time we close? 5pm therefore I will get to it today".
ITS 7 DAYS LATER AND NO EMAILED INVOICE WAS SENT, shocking service honestly.
