SA Post Offices is costing me money

I received a fine monday morning in my postbox... it was sent on the 2'nd of December. It took a month and a half to reach me!!! By this time the AARTO discount had expired and I now have to pay the full ammount. My question is, how many other important registered mail have I not received yet?
