Faulty cigerettes No reply to email sent

I bought a packet of Dunhill switch (black box) and all of my cigarettes were faulty, the filter was not connected at all, when I smoked my cigarette it would literally fall out of the filter, I have been smoking switch for over 2years and this is a real disappointment, I sent 2 emails to them and no reply. That is worst part of all take R33, 50 times 30days for two years and thats how much they have made out of me least they could do is reply! Utterly disgusted!
