I am highly annoyed with the pathetic service, i have sent emails back and forth regarding this account, not once did a consultant call me! i am now rated as a slow payer for two years what is this as i have maintained a clean record for the last 10yrs.
i was not informed of this account? i want the proof of calls and sms that was forwarded. My profile has not beenr updated as yet. you can't mess with peoples lives. i have read similiar complaints on this site as well. clearly your have a problem on your side. i want this issue resolve and ny name cleared.
