Payment Made into e-Toll account by credit card

On the 28th December 2013 i made a paymnet into my E-Toll account but to date (5 January 2014) the amount has still not been processed and the Enquiry (206639) that was logged on their web has been cancelled without feedback given. The E-Toll account also now displays that it has been suspended.

It seems to me that they are all incapable to do their jobs and don't have a clue how to perform a proper invetisgation. It also is now my reponsibillity to try and get this matter resolved while they get paid to do their jobs. It is absolutely unacceptable the way they opperate and even worse that they are such a lot of that work for SANRALL.

E-Toll was supposed to make a persons life easier but it seems that it has now become a absolute failure as was predicted months back by several Political Parties and the Induvidual in the streets
