I have called the fridge repair guys to fix my fridge as ice was forming in the roof of my freezer.

i asked if they can change the rubbering/seals on the door. they said yes. i was only available after 5pm after work, and a R100 afterhours fees was to be added, i said no problem.

when the guy came. he did not replace the rubbers/seals. but instead replaced the thermostat. and poured hot water on the door rubbers. he assured me there would be no problem with my ice in fridge/freezer.
cost R680 for a 20mins job. which i paid gladly and IMMEDIATELY.

then i saw the ice was still forming. we called the company and said that the problem is still there. they said they will send there technician out. NO ONE CAME.

we kept calling for 3weeks now and same story they sending someone to us. BUT NO ONE COMES.

my wife called the technician one day totaly fustrated. the guys tells her he is washing his hair and will call back. this was about 10am weekday. 3days passed no one calls. now when we call the office they refuse to call the manager, refuses to give us the owners details - say the owner is in capetown on holiday and comes to office only one a year.

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE!
