Online services not available for payment of e-tol

As expected, the e-toll system is already showing its problems and system errors. it is now the second day that I am unable to connect to the e-toll online service to credit my account. I do not have time to go to any of the e-toll offices, stand in ques just to be told that i cannot be helped at this specific stand. that is why I opted for the online pre-paid account. what is the use if it is not working? Stop trying to explain to people how valid this system is and start managing and maintaining it. the idea is to prove to your critics that your system is working and not prove them right within the first month of operation. I bet the person responsible is on leave and nobody else is now available to do it. "Eish...! we wait until he/she is back. Don't use the N1 until then"
