Following my two complaints on Hello Peter about damaged Nappies, I was contacted by both Claire and Sue. The voucher and letter of apology which I had not received were in fact delayed by a postal strike. They assisted me and apologized profusely for something which wasn't actually their fault in the first place. I personally think that it is important to remember that the people whom we are screaming at on the customer care lines are not the ones making the damaged Nappies. Thank you very very much to both Claire and Sue for restoring my faith in the Huggies brand.
