Scrap-a-doodles
Misleading buye

On the 4th of October 2013 I went to a promotional exhibition at Gallagher estate where I visit the scrap-a-doodle venue. There I bought a bigshot sizzix machine. Because I do not know how the machine operates I asked the sales lady what the bigshot can do - she took me to a young women who demonstrated to me how the machine worked and what types of material it can cut. I went back to the sales lady and asked her for the die cuts that can cut chip board and the chipboard that needs to be used, she showed me the big boy die cut mango tango alphabet dies and the chipboard that I needed. When I got home I tried out the dies and the dies did not cut the chipboard or any other material as promised. At first I thought I am doing something wrong so I went to Scrap-a-doodles Secunda to ask for assistance. The lady at Scrap-a-doodles could also not cut the specified material and she offered to find out how it works. After quite a while she did not come back to me, so I went back to scrap-a-doodles Secunda to find out what happened - no one could give me an answer - Antoinette of scrap-a-doodles Secunda took the dies herself to test it and she also had no luck. Until now no solution
