Never delivered an R200 item and is ignoring me

I ordered a few items, but never delivered an R200 item. I have tried to call and mail them but they are ignoring my request to pay back the R200. Please watch out, I don't recommend ordering from them. Your delivery is not guaranteed and they wont pay back undelivered items.
