Mr Deon Kannmeyer has promised me a refund of my purchase. There has been no apology from the owner Mr Deon Kannmeyer and feedback, providing me the customer with a reason for poor customer service levels. I have been contacting the store, leaving messages with staff and sending emails but obviously customer service is not number one with Natures Petland. I have even emailed banking details but there is still no payment done into my account. I cannot understand the reason why customer service is not important. I would really appreciate if I could be treated in a more appropriate manner because customer is suppose to be "King" and not ignored.
