I had a faulty phone delivered to me in September and I posted a complaint here, and I was called by Fonechoice and they promised me a replacement phone. Its almost a month now and I don't have the phone. I have paid two instalments already for something I don't have and never used. The reason I'm writting to you now is that I want to advise you that I will get the debit order reversed if you deduct again while you have not delivered the phone. Thank you.
