Burnt on a "MODERATE" sun bed

I went in on Sunday 24th Nov to purchase a 20 x tanning sessions. Was given the paper to fill in, no advice of you can't get a refund. Just that I have fair skin so will put me on the "moderate" bed. The other beds are warmer. I made my 10min app for the 27th Nov the Wednesday. The same lady Carmen that sold the contract to me was there. Doesn't say it is your first time on the bed rather do 5mins instead of 10mins. I burnt so bad, that a week later my bum and stomach are still very red, and pealing now. I have phoned 3 times, stating that I am so burnt, and would like a refund, even though the contract says no refunds which wasn't pointed out. Just fill in the form. They all just say when you completely recovered come again but only for 5mins for like 2-3 times and then your body will be used the bed. Like I am going to put my body through pain like this again... I spent R1700.00 so a person can't really walk away and take it as a bad burn and not worry about the money you spent. If it was something like R350 I would say thank you very much for your advice about what to do after I burnt so bad and leave it. But not such a big amount, and walk away with bad burn from a sunbed.
