I placed an order for a wooden salad bowl on 15 November 2013 via the website and paid the money to them via the PAYFAST option on their website. On the order it was indicated that it will take approximately 7 days for the item to be delivered to the nearest Post Office. On 26 November 2013 I send an e-mail to [Email Removed] requesting the status of the order; and asked whether it was sent. On Friday, I sent an e-mail again, and have not received any feedback yet.
This is by far the worst online shopping experience I ever had.
The slogan says: Bargains you just cannot refuse. In my case it was: Bargains you just cannot receive.
