MAC fake cosmetic products

I purchased what were guaranteed to be the real deal - MAC cosmetics from Colleen at a open evening she had at a friend of a friends house. She states that she imports these products directly hence the discounted price. On trying the foundation I found that the colour was completely off, NC 25 is yellow based not a pink based foundation. She offered to refund me and said there must have been a mix up, this was in November, have still not received anything from her. On research on the internet I have come across how dangerous these fake products can be.
