On 30/09/2013 an amount of R147.24 was deducted from my savings account, for a 2nd parcel to be delivered to my home. To date I have tried phoning as well as sending text messages without any luck. The phone is NEVER answered, my messages do not get replied to, and the cherry on the cake is that I got no parcel. Please help to put this matter right. Thanking you Denyse G
