In a nut we were referred by a friend to use Global Visas in order to assist us with immigrating to Aus. A consultant Duncan did the assessment with my husband and confirmed that we qualify for state sponsored skilled immigration. However we later discovered that Duncan has applied for a work Visa 457. This is not what we accepted to pay for and now we are R22000 out of pocket and they are refusing to refund us because of the Carte Blanches negativity???
We have tried contacting Carte Blanche but no luck.
The agent Duncan to my husband & kept calling in the beginning to tell us about discounts we could get if we paid R35000 up front. We also have other assessments saying we do qualify well over the points required so it is not like we do not qualify. Their story keeps changing.
We have also requested the voice records of the call and they are now avoiding our calls and not responding at all to us.
Please can you help us we just want our money back please.
