When we booked them, they accepted the deposit on the quote they'd given & said they'd do the work within a week. When Francois wouldn't go out to bring samples of the tissue mosaics for the pool so I could let my client choose, he screamed at me & said I must rather cancel the job & he'll only charge me for draining the pool, which is all he'd done. Then Elsabe sent me a letter stating that I cancelled the job therefore I have to pay 15% cancellation fee, plus 2 call-out fees (Francois came once to check what was to be done & once when he drained the pool, for which we were charged), plus the full amount quoted for draining the pool as well as chemical washing it, which they didn't do (& she swore at me in the e-mail!!!). So I ended up paying thousands for draining a pool. Nowhere on the quote did it state a cancellation fee or call-out fees & anyhow Francois told me to cancel the job as he was too busy to come out & bring samples & do the work in the time frame they'd promised. So now I sit having paid them a deposit on half the job, they kept most of it & I had to pay someone else to do the job!!! Both were also always aggressive on the phone from the beginning.
