I took out a policy and not happy with waiting periods and the value of the policy not stipulated on documentation sent. I then phoned the 23/11/2013 to cancel the policy but it was to late as the debit was for the 25th they will cancel after the debit order. I can`t wait for ever to receive a refund but when premiums are missed it lapses automaticaly the is no 15 days grace period for non payment. I need that refund by end of business today.
