Yesterday I went through my Cell C Itemised billing and noticed that there were charges for SmartCall listed on my invoice at R17.55 per day from 24 October 2013. After searching on the Internet I found a number to SMS to unsubscribe.
This morning I phoned Cell C and they suggested I phone Smartcall Technology Solutions.
I then phoned STS and asked what was going on, they then told me that I have subscribed to a service of theirs over the internet or something. I then asked them for proof and have not received it yet.
I want a my money back since I didn't subscribe to anything and never consented to be billed for anything.
