I bought cosmetic items at avon through their agent in August 2013 and then towards the end of August the agent came to me saying I have to pay for the staff before they can deliver, and I paid on the 31/08/2013. Up until today they have not delivered my staff and when I ask them and want my money back they they dont want to give it to me. Please help me as I am tied of running after them for my money.
