While returning an unopened 20 litre container of general purpose PVA on Sat.am. 05/01, it toppled over in my cars boot & even seeped onto the back seats, significantly reducing the resale value of my Audi A3. The container was placed in the exact same area of my cars boot (same car) that the store assistant placed it when bought a few days prior.
I asked the director of Wondercoat if he would reimburse me for the valet cost & aprox.15 litres of paint salvaged at their premises - via an e-mail on Sunday 06/01.
Having not received a reply by Weds 09/01, I phoned Mr Dahler & was told that my requests were unreasonable as they have a notice displayed on their counter stating that they're not responsible for any spillage.
I feel that Wondercoat should have given me better advice re transportation of these containers as the lids can be removed using only 2 fingers!
