I have never been so insulted in my entire life. French Clinic in Bedfordview was the worst ever!!
This purchase of Lymphatic massage, manicure and pedicure for two people package was intended as a birthday gift to my friend, but turned out to be the beginning of a nightmare.
French Clinic couldn't deliver the service properly, nails weren't even clean properly for manicure and pedicure, and buffing wasn't done properly, resulting in a piece of my nail being ripped out.
On top of their terrible services, they humiliated me by shoving me out of the door and chasing me away, and verbally abused me by blatantly shouting at me saying that I have obviously never been to a beauty salon before, because I don't know anything. Certainly, I've never been to a place that has such poor services and worst of all such a rude manager (the blonde woman)!
I was immensely humiliated in front of my friend just because they couldn't accept the fact that they did a terrible job. Of course, no apologies at all. Our relaxation afternoon turned out to be the worst afternoon imaginable!
I would not advise anyone to ever go there for any treatments!
