Beyond pathetic service from French Clinic Kathry

My fiance? got me a voucher from Groupon as a pamper session before our wedding. I also asked can they do my nails for the wedding, which they said they could. I made the booking more than a month ago.
Today I emailed Kathryn Young to confirm my booking, the lady that is suppose to do my nails went into labour so she cannot do my nails, which I can understand. When I phoned her and asked if I didn't confirm with them I would have pitch up with no one doing my nails. Her response was at least I know now!! The problem is that this was supposed to be my wedding nails, so I would have liked if they would have informed me or at least have someone as a back up to do nails. They also got my name wrong and the time as well. When I complained about the bad service I am getting from Kathryn Young, she told me I am abusing her and her staff, and I am stressed due to the wedding. NO I am upset by the tone she spoke to me and the stuff she said to me, and that the fact that she did not care to phone and inform me. She also told me get a refund from Groupon, because all rights are reserved. Never in my life have I spoken to someone SOOO rude and unhelpful. Cannot believe she is still in business
