I bought the 1005 live series of Tom Tom. After a year, the live service needed to be updated with a renewal that I had to purchase. I purchased the renewal in May 2103. It's now October and I still don't have the renewal. They are quick to deduct your money of your credit card but really in the after sale section. I have sent an email to them and had to send my proofs in. After that I still don't have the renewal to update my device. How do you clarify that? Then they have the nerve to ask me to complete a survey on their service!! They also don't pick up a phone to follow up if the problem has been resolved.
