I received a call from a consultant at CTC Distributors and I was shocked that I could ever receive such good service from a call centre. I am the type to never buy anything over the telephone but the warm voice on the other side of the line made me decide otherwise. the consultant was informative and offered me a card called Safesaver, at 1st I was reluctant to have debits going off my account but then realised it was a necessary product for safety and savings. Not so long after taking up the membership I needed roadside assistance and used the panic button and was amazed at the quick response and service delivery. I would recommend this product to all.
