Pool maid service is tops.
I have had a poolmaid S11 self cleaning chlorinator for 10yrs now and apart from the 4-5yr replacement of the electrodes it has worked like a charm.
Except, this year when I switched it on at the beginning of summer nothing happened. A quick call and I was told to bring it in anythime. Johannes is in the workshop and attended to my query, fiddled, tweaked and replaced parts. He showed me it was working and sent me home.
24hrs later it stopped working again. Boy I was disappointed. Armed with a sample of pool water I made the trip again. This time they tested the poolwater, nothing wrong. In the end they upgraded my unit to the latest PC board and software. All at no charge an with a smile.
It has now been working for a week and I'm confident for the next 10yrs as well.
