Rubbish Product and Bad attitude from call centre

Ought an air wick spray from Game Klerksdorp, the first time i tried using it, it doesnt spray, have had the problem before but that was when it was halfway so never bothered but this is really frustrating me, a brand new one!! the lady at customer care says there is nothing she can do

is that the service we get?
