Unreliable repair man gone AWOL after payment

After getting contacts from the Southern Courier we contacted Deon to repair our pool. He repaired it and told us to wait 3days for the pool to dry before filling with water. We then paid him the full balance R9000. After a day the paint started peeling and the rain didnt make it better. He stopped answering his phone, when sms'd he promised he would come the next day about several times. From Beginning December 2012 til now End Jan 2013 we still have had no joy, He uses the number 0723893983.
