We, Aftex Exporters placed an order with African Pro & Mining Supplies for shirts and pants. We made an internet transfer and faxed proof of payment to them. They promised delivery within 2 weeks to us but nothing transpired. I called and they kept on promising me delivery the next week, but no delivery was ever made. Only to find after 6-8 weeks of going back and forth that they cannot supply the goods. I asked them telephonically on numerous occasions for the refund but no response. I then sent emails to recover our refund to no avail.
I called the owner and he threatened not to refund us. We are now proceeding with legal action against them.
Hopefully we will resolve this matter.
Do not use this supplier, besides not refunding us, they are very unprofessional, unhelpful and very poor service!
