HELDERBERG INTERNATIONAL HAS PATHERIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE BOUGHT OUR COUCHES FROM THEM WHICH AFTER 5 MONTHS BROKE, WAS SENT FOR REPAIRS AND CAME BACK MORE DAMAGED. I HAVE CALLED, SENT EMAILS AND NOBODY REPLIES, THE FEW TIMES THEY CONTACTED ME WAS WHEN I MADE CONTACT. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A COUCH SINCE MAY THIS YEAR, IT IS NOW ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND THE COUCH IS STILL THERE AND NO MANAGER OR SUPERIOR WILL PICK UP A PHONE TO APOLOGISE FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE. I GOT PROMISED PHONE CALLS YET NOTHING COMES. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WANT MY COUCH DELIVERED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION OR IT WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER. WE DID NOT WANT A REFUND, WE MERELY WANTED A GOOD JOB DONE OR A NEW COUCH OR COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE NOR WILL I EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
