Just want to let other people now about the people at Avante (Vaal Dam). We had done a booking for the weekend 04/10/2013 at Avante for the weekend. We had paid a deposit of R200.00 3 weeks before the time. It was only me and one friend. On our arrival we walked to the office to go and pay the rest of the money that was outstanding for the fishing weekend. There was no one in the office so we were waiting outside the office for someone to come and assist us. The a guy walked toward us and was staring at me the whole way. He walked in the office while he was still on the phone. Me and my friend went into the office to pay the rest of the money. My friend picked up the entrance log form to complete his details that the man (OOM JAN) told him not to continue and waited till he his finish on the phone. When (OOM JAN) my friend told him his booking details and he reply by saying he cannot allow me in the place because it's a club facility and that the members is only white people. My friend that I went with is a white person and I am a coloured guy. So my friend to him if that is the case then he has no choice but for us to leave together. He then said my friend can come some other time
