They said1-3weeks worst case scenario!!!

Hi I bought a bedroom suite for my daughter-06.09.13. The salesman-Barend said maybe in a week, the worst case scenario 3 weeks-max!!!
Well it's in week 5 and no delivery in sight, on ascot's website under testimonials at Alberton branch delivery happened in a day!!! only testimonials from satisfied customers!! My wife left a response not published!!!
When phoning you just hear excuses!!
