Unauthorized Debits taken from my account

I have no knowledge of ever visiting this company's website nor did i give them permission to debit me twice for the amounts of R299.00 each from my account on 27.09.13.

These people are committing and I see from other reports that this debit seems to be the norm. Has anyone been refunded their money?

Please respond as this is urgent.
