On the 3rd Dec, I receive a call from Justine that there is an outstanding bal on my account, which I have paid on the same day. Just to hear that an extra R50.00 was added to my account for late payment fee. What a disgrace as the agent who called me told me that this was the only amount I have to pay. In order for my order to be delivered I had to pay this amount. If you would look at my complaint earlier in May< I see that this is still outstanding. It is as if Justine staff is not really interested in their sales reps
