ICELAND frozen foods are one of the UK"S premier food brands that I have been using for many years. Whoever is responsible for the packaging and cold chain control is doing this product a huge dis-service.
Firstly, the packers and handlers should be fired for the way it arrives in the store, with battered boxes. Secondly, some of the food seems to have been defrosted and re- frozen, the boxes are soggy and in items such as the cheesecake the cream topping has shifted of the top, that shouldn't happen if it is kept deep frozen.
Some of the frozen vegetables are ' off ' and smell when defrosted.
I don't see this happening with other brands from the USA or Europe so what is going on with the ICELAND products.???
