Preciso bad practice

For the last two months I have been trying to get hold of Preciso regarding my VAT registration which I paid for on the 10/12/2012 and was told would take about a month to register I tried getting hold of them via email and telephone to find out what was going on with my VAT registration. After all, I paid for this almost a year ago. They don't reply to any of my emails and don't answer my phone calls. If they informed me that its in the process and what was going on I would be more than happy, but to just ignore me and not answer my phone calls or emails is the last thing I would expect from a chartered accountant company. This despite the fact that the so called IT services that was in my contract was no longer available due to Tjaart Coetzee leaving the firm. I was not informed that they would no longer be delivering a IT service. I only found this out when they never came out for IT work that needed to be done in my office. I have since decided to write of the R1500-00 paid for my vat and find a accounting firm that is more competent.
