Pro Touch Dies supplies shippers. And demands payment upfront. This is the second year we have ordered from the company. Last year these were delivered wrapped in small bundles. This year they are delivered shrinkwrapped on a pallet. We are a small office based company and do not have a pallet. When I called the company I was told that the person I have to speak to was busy even though I could hear his voice in the background. Then " Michael" calls me back and I start explaining. He then interrupts and says to me - "do you know you are speaking to a director of the company? " And the proceeds to be rude and telling me that "next time" - what makes him think there will be a next time? And why does someone think that because he is a "director" that he is entitled to be rude, and that to a customer!
