In today's life, people are also quick to complain, yet they never take the time out to say Thank you, when it is deserved.
I would like to say Well Done to Clinton Pillay. We purchased a product from Mantality, and it was faulty. Unfortunately, due to our odd working business hours we were unable to get it back to you Mantality in normal working hours.
Clinton kept us informed as to what we could do and he tried every way to keep us happy. He eventually arranged for us to go to his home after hours, to exchange the product and test it.
Now that to me, is going the extra mile. I think he is an absolute GEM to your organization. Those diamonds in the rough are far and few between, in today's day. So hold on to that Diamond, because he oozes "CUSTOMER CARE" and "After Sales Service" to the extreme.
So here is a well done and thank you to Clinton Pilllay, you are one in a million.!!!
