I bought a pair of bronx on 31/7/2013 and returned them on 6/8/2013 due toe the fact that both soles cracked in the lenght of the sole. I purchased another style and is experiencing once again sole problems with the shoes. For two weeks now I do not dare to ware the shoes due to the discomfort and the fact that the heels 'colapsed'.
The new pair of Bronx costed me R550 vs the previous pairs R440. I seriously consider buying shoes at these prices (and brand) that they would last me at least 12 months. Is the product inferior or is the quality just not the same as my expectations. Am I allowed to return the shoes for a replacement (definately not the same brand).
Please advise what my options are.
