Mtn has debited an extra R280 off my banking account at end August 2013 supposedly for "content subscription" due to the above mentioned company by myself for something I have no clue about. I have no knowledge of this, received no confirmation sms etc whatsoever of it & do not understand what gives sts the right to do this, let alone mtn to just debit my account for the extra amount & now it's my responsibility to sort out. I want a full explanation as to why this has happened
