I ordered a pool fence from Aquanet. It was due to be installed on Thursday, Aug 29 2013. I was asked to delay to Monday, 2 Sept due to possible rain and a staff shortage (there was no rain). Monday I received an email to tell me they could install either Tues or wed. So I emailed back, stating my disappointment in the poor service, as the rebooking had been for Monday. I then received a call from another staff member to book in the installation for Tuesday Sept 3rd -- and discovered that she knew nothing of the rescheduling or that there had already been a booking. It seems the lady I was dealing with had just passed the buck. I am not impressed.
