Our company ISS - recently ordered a pop up banner wall from Prellex Displays and the colour on the banner walls were not the colour that we approved on the actual proofs... When we called and emailed to complain we were right away blamed for not giving the correct colour codes, but Prellex Displays was the one who created the design and picked the colour off our website. Our Website shows a dark grey background and what we received in the print was green...
After complaining we were asked to pay half the price for the banner wall panels again after we paid in full because they were not going to cover their cost. After agreeing to pay, they still had the cheek to ask us to bring the wall panels back for them to re-use the magnetic lining, stating that if we didn't, we would need to pay in full again.
Our company uses these kind of vendors on a monthly basis and we are just absolutely disappointed that once you pay a vendor for the job, they dont care about the after sales... Our company work in SALES and if anything, the after sales is what a customer appreciates the most.
