I submitted a single order of the Age Loc Vitality supplement (it was my first time using this product and I needed to first see what it will do for me) but the following month I got a SMS that my next order / batch is on it's way - without me submitting a re-order! An amount of R559-79 was deducted from my credit card. After invesgtigation it appeared that the consultant (Shirley) registered my first oder as an "re-curring" order, without my consent. Nu Skin agreed to stop the order, but with only 90% refund! This is! Finally Chantall at Nu Skin advised that they will refund another 10%, which I am still waiting for.
