I ordered a clothes rack and paid for it 25 July 2013. I was given a tracking number and details of the courier company. I called them on 23 Aug - they don't have any info on my order. I called You Deal - was given alternative numbers to call - first no answer and then was told the person I should speak to is not available. How can a large company advertising goods for sale on line - do not have any customer service or cannot answer my questions on the whereabouts of my parcel.
