I am really disgusted and very angry with Jikka properties staff members.
I spoke to a certain guy called duane and his manager who were very rude and unprofessional. i get call's from Jikka property informing me that i havnt paid my rental of which i always do. This morning one of their call centre agents called me informing me that i hadn't paid my rental and we argued and while i was talking he hung the phone on me. i have never not paid my monthly rental.. I have extra amounts that i dont even know about. amounts that i was never told about..
They are so quick to call people to inform them that they want their money but they never able to resolve a problem when a tenant has one.. and when they do, it will take 2-3months before fixing it..! im sick and tired of these people. i can not wait til my contract ends..
