Found MB Design site on Facebook. Called Michelle Brand to see me in June as I don't drive, she came to see me, took my measurements for the outfit I wanted. I sent her a few pics of what I wanted. This was an evening Charity ball I was attending in August. She quoted me R950 and I deposited 50% of the money 19th of June. She never took me with to buy the material for the outfit. Came to do a fitting end July, bought the outfit back, In I paid her the balance. After looking at this, this outfit was not wearable and I in the meantime bought myself a dress from Mildays for R200. The following errors on the outfit: Left sleeve shorter then the right. Neckline cut skew and hem of top not up to standard. The skirt slit was just cut and so was the hem, scissor marks were clearly visible. Elastic in the skirt was visible. Lace was loosely cut and sown over the slit. I contacted her via telephone and email and demanded my money back she arrived at 9am the next morning took me to the material shop and wanted to charge me for extra work done and trimmings she had to put on. I refuse to pay this, she worked everything off with an overlocker and I was left with an unwearable outfit.
