We are to big to listen to the small guys

We have asked for assistance more than a week ago, . at least we got a respond back that said somebody will contact us, but why worry, you are the small fish, we do not need the small guys, all though we pay those fat salaries, holiday homes and private schools, and keep the gravy train running, but what the heck why bother solving the pronblem we have the monopoly
