I ordered Tenaz via the telephone. And the lady went out of her way to deliver my parcel to me. When the couriers did not take my parcel to deliver, she took her car and came to Pretoria to deliver my parcel personally. Her service was friendly, fast and awesome. Thank you, Sanet!
