DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

I had a parcel that was posted for me on 26th July. i have been tracking this parcel since that date and till now i have no idea where this parcel is. I called cape Mail last week and spoke to a lady by the name of Lynn, she was suppose to track the waybill and get back to me which she never did.

I then called in again and spoke to Bonita who said she would also track and get back to me, she never did. i then called her again yesterday and she said that there is a signature on the waybill that it was delivered to the depot in Brakfenfell, however they cannot find the parcel and the person that did sign the parcel said he did not receive it. She said they are looking into the video footage and get back to me. Still no response, no feedback as to what is going on with this.

This is utter nonsense and i need to keep calling to track something that is not my fault or has nothing to do with me.

Please can someone urgently get back to me regarding this
